RAYMOND J. PEKOWSKI - President and CEO. Ray has spent more than 30 years in the tradeshow and exhibits field. Ray’s experience and unique vision of customer service led to the development of the Single Source Solution® for exhibitors and show managers. As a result, The Expo Group has set new standards in the trade show industry for general service contracting. Ray’s innovation also led to the creation of The Expo Group Show Manager of the Year Awards, honoring the outstanding show managers in the industry. His professional associations include IAEE, PCMA, SISO, ASAE, EACA and ESCA.
Randall Pekowski - Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of The Expo Group RANDALL PEKOWSKI – Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Randy has been in the tradeshow industry for more than 15 years. He began his career at The Expo Group in operations before moving to customer service and has since worked as a Sales Executive, Project Manager and Director of Information Services. He is an inventor of record for The Expo Group’s Automated Convention Processing System and Method (U.S. Pats. 6,557,007 and 6,721,763), the business process that enables the company to deliver its renowned Single Source Solution®.

Bryan Keyes - Chief Financial Officer of The Expo Group BRYAN F. KEYES – Chief Financial Officer. Having joined the company in 2009, Bryan brings over 20 years experience in various senior financial management roles at several companies. He has extensive experience in the manufacturing, warehousing and logistics industries. Bryan spent 15 years early in his career at one of the then-Big Eight public accounting firms, Coopers & Lybrand. Bryan is responsible for all financial functions of the company.

Robert Cash - Vice President of Business Exchange for The Expo Group ROBERT CASH – Vice President of Business Exchange.   Bob has been with The Expo Group for more than 10 years, joining the company in a business development role before moving to the management work he now performs.   Bob has 30 years experience beginning his career in Houston with GES.   Bob procures business for The Expo Group from other general contractors producing events in our local markets.   He also has sales responsibilities and performs account executive functions.   As a member of The Expo Group senior management team, Bob is involved in strategic planning for the company.

April has been with The Expo Group about 15 years and has experience across all departments within the company. This knowledge base allows her to recognize, develop and implement new products and services for customers across all lines of business. She is a leader in the industry for creating niche solutions that make the customer’s job easier. Having joined The Expo Group in 2008 with over 20 years of experience, Costas directs our Creative Design and Custom Exhibits departments. Costas has successfully designed and produced hundreds of award winning exhibition stands, branding experiences, events and creative campaigns around the world. His enthusiastic leadership and creative experience make him ideal to lead The Expo Group’s innovation and marketing initiatives.

MARK ROBICHAUD - Director of Human Resources MARK ROBICHAUD - Director of Human Resources. Mark is a leader who possesses more than 15 years of human resources management experience spanning several industries. He has proven himself outstanding in strategic planning, leadership and organizational development, recruitment and selection, State and Federal government regulation compliance and employee and labor relations. As a member of The Expo Group’s senior management team, he provides Human Resources leadership and strategic planning expertise.
