Geist has a deep regard for the plight of exhibitors and the importance of their business to show organizer clients. Geist spent 10 years with general services contractor George E. Fern Co., most recently in charge of the St. Louis office. In 2005, he earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Webster University.
