The Expo Group’s Management Changes Enable Growth

- The Expo Group recently announced a new member of its management team and three management promotions. These personnel changes will help The Expo Group capitalize on industry trends and implement new business models that promote better coordination and integration of The Expo Group’s products and services, for the benefit of all.


Marcia Bohannon joined The Expo Group as Vice President and General Manager reporting directly to Executive Vice President Dutch Antonisse. Bohannon brings both small-company and large-company industry experience to the company and will help The Expo Group clarify strategies and practices for future growth.


Bob Cash, currently General Manager, was promoted to Senior Director of Operations and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new business models while ensuring The Expo Group maintains and increase our profit margins. The crux of Cash’s responsibility will be keeping operations working at maximum efficiency.


Randy Pekowski, Director of Information Systems, has become Assistant General Manager and will assist Bohannon with the business processes of The Expo Group and the implementation of the new business model as it relates to the Customer Service Department and our technology. His main responsibilities will still be Information Systems.


Project Manager Shane Sexton will become Assistant Director of Project Management reporting directly to April Hurley, Director of Project Management. Sexton will be charged with coordinating the operation of major events and assisting with departmental staff management.
