Winners Announced for The Expo Group 2001 Show Manager of the Year Awards

(Irving, Texas, USA) – The Expo Group is pleased to announce the winners of the 2nd Annual Show Manager of the Year Award. The winners were selected by an independent group of industry leaders that included show organizers and publishers. The winners were nominated for their creative marketing; innovative show management, incorporation of new technology and a willingness to overcome traditional obstacles.

This years' winners are:
I	Category 151-300 booth units David Heilbrunn, Show Manager Lifestyle Events, Coffee Fest
II	Category 301-700 booth units Diane Robinson, Exhibitions Manager The International Society for Optical Engineering, Photonics West
III	Category 701 – 1500 booth units Georgette Smith, Director of Meetings American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, Annual Meeting
IV	Category 1501+ booth units Rita Ugianskis, Group Show Director Intertec Exhibitions, Waste Expo

The Expo Group Show Manager of the Year Award recipients will be recognized at an awards dinner on December 5th, in Chicago. Each winner will receive the crystal obelisk award and a $1000 donation will be made in their name to the charitable organization or educational foundation of their choice.
